Xceed Preparatory Academy, an SEVP-certified school, is authorized under Federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students by issuing a Form I-20, “Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status” to students planning to study in the United States under an F-1 Visa.


Enrollment Process
Apply to Xceed
Begin the application process by filling out the online application. To access the application, click the APPLY NOW button above or below. A non-refundable payment of a $250 application fee is required to submit the form. If enrolled, this fee will be applied toward the total annual international student tuition of $22,000.
Submit Documents
Email the following information and scanned documents to
  • Foreign mailing address
  • Local mailing address
  • Student Passport
  • Recent transcript (must be in English, be stamped with the school seal and include the hours per week per course)*
  • Recent TOEFL or IELTS score**
  • Current bank statement showing sufficient funds for tuition and fees
  • Credit card authorization form

*If presenting a transcript from a school outside of the United States, a one-time non-refundable $500 transcript evaluation fee will be charged and is not applied toward total tuition
**Admin will use test scores to assist with the creation of the student’s personalized learning plan

Admission Committee Review
Xceed’s Admission Committee will review all information submitted and determine acceptance. If accepted, a non-refundable payment of a $1,500 tuition deposit is required and will be applied toward total tuition. If accepted, enrollment documents will be provided and required to be submitted prior to meeting with the Head of School.
Meet with the Head of School
Upon acceptance to Xceed, every new student will have an in-person or Skype meeting with the Head of School to develop their personalized learning plan and select courses.

Xceed has four Florida locations: Coral Springs, Kendall/Pinecrest and Weston and a location in Daytona Beach, Florida

Xceed’s Coral Springs location and Kendall/Pinecrest location are SEVP certified schools and are authorized to issue Form I-20s.

Yes, Xceed Preparatory Academy is an AdvancED accredited school.

Yes, Xceed has continuous year-round enrollment.

The Xceed model benefits many types of students including elite athletes, performing arts students, accelerated learners, gifted students, students with ADHD, students with learning differences and students who have challenging schedules.

Xceed offers different schedule options for each student.
School Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm*
Business Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm

All students are required to maintain their own personal laptop. Students are responsible for bringing their laptop to and from school. If a student’s laptop breaks, desk top computers are available for temporary use at Xceed locations.

Xceed adheres to the state of Florida graduation requirements. Students will need 24 credit hours to graduate.
