Head of School Demonstrates to Her Students That Hard Work and Persistence Pays Off

When Miriam Rube, Head of School at Xceed Preparatory Academy – Kendall, embarked on pursuing a doctoral degree years ago, she never envisioned becoming a different kind of role model for her students.

Now, a Ph.D. graduate of St. Thomas University, Dr. Rube is taking what she learned and researched, applying it to the work she does every day at Xceed.

Her dissertation, An Application of Ethical Leadership Foundations and Frameworks Within Secondary Education: Advancing Access and Excellence for Our Next Generation, examines the complexities and significance of creating, implementing, and sustaining a successful hybrid learning environment.
