Enrollment Process
Apply to Xceed
You can begin the application process by filling out the online application. To access the application, click the APPLY NOW button above or below. A non-refundable payment of a $250 application fee is required to submit the form. If enrolled, this fee will be applied toward total tuition.
Submit Documents
Send Xceed copies of your student’s most recent report card, birth certificate and most recent standardized test score. Please send all documents to
Admission Committee Review
Once all of the required forms have been submitted, a face-to face family meeting may be required. Xceed’s Admission Committee will review all information submitted and determine acceptance. If accepted, a non-refundable payment of a $1,500 tuition deposit is required and will be applied toward total tuition.
Meet with the Head of School
Upon acceptance to Xceed, every new student will meet with the Head of School to develop their Personalized Learning Plan.

Xceed offers different schedule options for each student.

School Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm

Business Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Yes, Xceed Preparatory Academy is an AdvancED accredited school.

Yes, students have access to the facilities from 8:00am to 6pm.

All students are required to maintain their own personal laptop. Students are responsible for bringing their laptop to and from school. If a student’s laptop breaks, desk top computers are available for temporary use at Xceed locations.

Yes, Xceed has continuous year-round enrollment.

Xceed adheres to the state of Florida graduation requirements. Students will need 24 credit hours to graduate.

The tuition is $21,500 and there are no additional fees. Our tuition includes our college counseling program. For information on financial aid and scholarships contact us or call us at 888-688-5147.

The Xceed model benefits many types of students including elite athletes, performing arts students, accelerated learners, gifted students, students with ADHD, students with learning differences and students who have challenging schedules.

Xceed Preparatory Academy accepts the Florida state-sponsored McKay scholarship program for students with disabilities. Students who meet Xceed’s admissions qualifications and are currently attending a public school are eligible for application. Parents are responsible for the remainder of the tuition and fees not covered by McKay.
